Brattleboro Retreat Tower Candle: Since 1834, the Brattleboro Retreat has cast its foreboding shadow over the land, originally built as a sanctuary for those living with mental illness.  Sitting high atop a desolate hill, the Retreat Tower looms, an ancient guardian of long-held secrets.  Its centuries-old stones, darkened with age, seem to pulse with the memories of those it once sheltered.  As dusk cloaks the landscape, an unsettling silence reigns, broken only by faint, mournful wails.  Legends tell of lost souls that wander its halls, their despairing whispers forever trapped within the tower's cold embrace, waiting for an audience to their eternal lamentations.

Scents of Black Walnut, Maple, and Fir take you to the Vermont woods where something sinister lurks.  Each candle comes with a QR code to scan to learn about the haunted history while you take in the amazing aromas!

Candle made with 100% domestically-grown soy wax.  The fragrances used are paraben-free, phthalate-free, and are never tested on animals.  Hand-poured.  40 hour burn time.
